A decade ago, I had a vision: to create a space where R&B lovers could come together, experience the music they love, and celebrate the culture that shaped so many of us. What started as a simple idea has grown into R&B ONLY, a movement that has sold out shows across the country, built a passionate community, and now, expanded into original music.

As we approached the 10-year anniversary of R&B ONLY, I wanted to create something to commemorate the milestone. My first thought? A commercial. Something cinematic that captured the energy, nostalgia, and passion of R&B ONLY over the years. But the deeper I got into the process, the more I realized:

R&B ONLY isn’t just about the experience—it’s about the music.

Instead of a commercial, we created something more meaningful: an a cappella rendition of "Anniversary" by Tony! Toni! Toné!—a song that has defined love and connection for generations. No instruments. No distractions. Just pure harmonies and soul, performed by some of today’s most incredible R&B voices.
